About the Role

Vattenfall Värme is now looking for a driven documentation manager who wants to help shape tomorrow's climate-smart society and assist our customers in transitioning to a fossil-free life.

As a documentation manager in projects for the Projects & Documentation unit, you will be part of a competent team with varied tasks. The unit's mission is to realize and implement the investment needs of production facilities in project form. We work on a project basis in close collaboration with our production facilities in Uppsala, Nyköping, Jordbro, Motala, and Vänersborg.

Your main responsibilities

As a documentation manager in projects, you will have both a leading and a supporting expert role throughout all phases of the project. You will work closely with project managers and be responsible for documentation and information in several parallel projects. You will be responsible for documentation requirements, communicate and convey documentation requirements with suppliers, schedule, develop routines for, and coordinate documentation deliveries and reviews.

Continuous improvements and the development of new working methods are an important part of our work, where you, together with colleagues in the group, will drive the development of information management forward. You will participate in information management forums together with documentation resources at the facilities to develop and manage the handling of technical information through joint improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project work.
• Experience in technical documentation and familiarity with handling digital information.
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with document management systems is a plus.
• Experience from the energy or process industry is a plus.
• Experience as an administrator or in other coordinating roles is a plus.
• Experience working in SAP DMS and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience in requirement specification/evaluation/management of system solutions including RPA, AI, ML is a plus.

You want to be involved in developing the business with continuous improvements for effective information management with digitized working methods. To succeed in the role, we believe you have an easy time collaborating and building relationships, as you will have many different points of contact. The work requires that you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
